A Chocolate Ball for Polymaths
A collaboration between Aleta Marie Hayes, Michelle Wilson, and the Chocolateheads Heads Movement Band, performed for the 100th Anniversary of the opening of the Green Library at Stanford University and the opening reception for the exhibition Leonardo’ Library: The World of A Renaissance Reader.
Members of the Chocolateheads created artworks that responded to the work of Leonardo da Vinci. These responses were incorporated into an edition of artist books designed by Michelle Wilson, which were in turn employed in the dance performance.
A copy of this book is now part of the Special Collections at the Green Library at Stanford University.
